Questions, answered
Is this music therapy?
No. We are not a clinical therapy service. We provide non-clinical community music and wellbeing activities in a friendly, non-judgemental space.
Do I need musical experience?
Not at all. You can sing, play, write, listen, record, or simply be around others. There is no audition and no pressure to perform.
Who is it for?
Initially adults 18 and over who may benefit from music, creativity, confidence, wellbeing and social connection across Telford and the surrounding area.
Can bands get support?
Yes, through Supported Rehearsal Access, where there is a clear wellbeing or community benefit. Get in touch and tell us a little about you.
Do I have to sing or perform?
Never. Listening is taking part. You set your own pace and join in only when, and if, you feel ready.
What does it cost?
We keep sessions affordable and free where we can, thanks to donations and supporters. Ask us about a session and we will be straight with you.
Think this could be for you?
The hardest part is the first message. There is no wrong way to get in touch, and no pressure once you do.
